SCHUTZEN Chemical successfully validates anti-viral SCHUTZENKILL-XCOV finish

The all-new SCHUTZENKILL-XCOV is now proven to deactivate 99.9% human corona virus HCoV 229E – surrogate for SARS-COV-2 virus. From the house of SCHUTZEN Chemical Group, the textile finish is silver free, and is anti-microbial and anti-viral in nature.

The Indian textile specialty chemical manufacturer, SCHUTZEN, successfully validated its new textile finish as per ISO 18184:2019 protocol. SCHUTZENKILL-XCOV has been developed using amine chemistry which does not contain silane quaternary ammonium compounds, silver and halogen groups. This, in turn, makes SCHUTZENKILL-XCOV highly sustainable and eco-friendly in nature.
